BISHTA Hot Tub Operation in Holiday Parks & Homes.
With the introduction of HSG282 by the Health & Safety Executive in January 2017, the spotlight is firmly on the risks posed by incorrect management and operation of Hot Tubs on holiday parks, holiday homes and other ‘Business Settings’.
SpaTech Training are the UKs first hot tub specific training provider who are specialists in training for the safe operation & management of hot tubs in business settings.
Course specifications and descriptions have been verified with BISHTA – the Hot Tub Trade Association with the first pilot course successfully completed in Jan 20 with Forest Holidays. Official course details will appear shortly.
This course is designed to be taken in addition and a follow on advanced course to the BISHTA Water Hygiene Management Course as a more detailed and advanced course specific to Hot Tub Operators. Once candidates have completed both the BISHTA Water Hygiene Management Course™ (Pt A) AND the BISHTAHoliday Park & Home Hot Tub Safe Operator Course™ (Pt B), Holiday Park Operators can then put their business forward to be awarded by BISHTA the status of ‘Hot Tub Safe Operator’; a scheme starting in 2021.
